  1. This option will be active if a QM Server is installed on the machine running the Administrator.  It is used to look inside the store and forward MailCenter.  When mail is sent from another Mail Server, and read by a user of this mail server, information must be sent back.  It can be viewed with this utility.

  3. The resulting window displays the number of attempts at delivery, the person who read the message, and the MailCenter and zone that the server is looking for to deliver the mail.
